Meet Our Administrative Staff

Cinthia began her journey as a Clinic Administrator at TLC in 2018. Over the years, she has worked handling insurance verification, prior authorizations, referrals, credentialing, and the full revenue cycle for our providers. She completed her Medical Billing and Coding Certification with LSUE. Cinthia is passionate about supporting the families we serve. She takes pride in helping them understand their insurance coverage and works hard to make sure their services are approved and covered. For her, it’s not just about billing, it’s about helping families without the stress.  Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her children and planning their next adventure. 

Katherine first walked through the doors of TLC in March 2021 as a volunteer with a big heart and an even bigger smile—and she’s been part of the family ever since! Her passion and dedication quickly earned her a spot on the team as a therapy tech, and she’s now the glue that holds our front office and social media world together as our fabulous Office Manager and Marketing Specialist.

A proud graduate of the Occupational Therapy Assistant Program at Delgado Community College, Katherine brings both clinical insight and creative flair to everything she does. Whether she’s organizing office and therapy spaces, overseeing office operations, providing support in  day programs/social skills, or adding sparkle to our social media, she makes sure things run smoothly—with a whole lot of heart. 

Katherine’s favorite part of working at TLC is spending quality time with our amazing kiddos and watching their confidence grow every single day.

Outside of work, she enjoys expressing her creativity through painting, staying active with everyday workouts, and spends quality time with friends and family!
