Meet the Occupational Therapy Team

Jenny Domiano, MOT, LOTR

Jenny Domiano, MOT, LOTR

Founder & CEO,

Occupational Therapist

  • Bio

"Originally from the great state of Texas, Jenny brings over 26 years of experience (and heart!) to her work as an occupational therapist. She earned her bachelor’s degree in rehabilitation services from Stephen F. Austin State University, then went on to complete her master’s at Texas Woman’s University in Houston. From mental health to brain injury rehab, ergonomics to pediatrics—Jenny’s done it all, but it’s working with children that truly lights her up.

Over the years, Jenny has helped kiddos thrive in all kinds of settings—from Children’s Hospital to Early Steps, schools, and now our very own clinic. Her superpowers include feeding therapy (from infants to picky toddlers and beyond!), sensory processing, handwriting, reflex integration, and helping kids build the tools to manage big feelings.

Jenny is also passionate about blending therapy with meaningful experiences outside the clinic as she recently began volunteering with Equine Reflections, supporting equine-assisted sessions that foster emotional growth, self-awareness, and healing through meaningful interactions with horses.

When she’s not busy helping children grow and shine, Jenny is deep in the world of entrepreneurship. She’s a proud graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10K Small Business program and an active member of the Jefferson Chamber and Entrepreneurs Organization.

At home, Jenny stays just as busy with her fun-loving crew: her husband Johnny, teenage daughters Jordan and Jillian, and their spunky Westie, Ollie. She’s always up for cheering on the Saints and LSU Tigers, sneaking away to a beach (hello, sand between the toes!), or enjoying the very serious business of taste-testing her way through New Orleans cuisine.

Fun fact: Jenny is a lifelong Lego collector—because who says play is just for kids?

Lead School Therapist, Occupational Therapist

  • Bio

Ray joined the TLC family in June 2022. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Psychology from LSU and quickly found his passion in pediatrics, working with the neurodiverse population and other developmental differences in both school and home settings across the greater New Orleans area.
